If a client contacted you about an invoice
Invoices sent through Tallyroot come from the freelancer or studio who did the work, not from us. If you have a question about an amount or a due date, reply to the invoice email and it will go straight to them. For problems with the payment page itself, write to help@tallyroot.co and include the invoice number.
