A pay button on every invoice
Connect your Stripe account once and every invoice you send can be paid by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or ACH bank transfer. The money goes to your bank, not to us.
No cut, on any plan
Tallyroot never adds a fee on top of your payments. You pay Stripe's standard processing fee and nothing more, whichever plan you're on.
Marked paid automatically
When a client pays, the invoice is marked paid, reminders stop and you get a notification. No reconciling by hand.
Bank transfers too
Some clients will always pay by wire. Mark those invoices paid in one click and they show up in your reports like any other payment.
Partial payments
If a client pays part of an invoice, Tallyroot records it, shows the balance and keeps reminding them about what's left.
Setting up takes about three minutes
- In Tallyroot, open Settings → Payments and choose Connect Stripe.
- Sign in to Stripe or create an account. You'll need your bank details and a form of ID.
- Pick which payment methods your clients see. Card is on by default; ACH is one switch.
Already have invoices out? Payment links are added to them automatically once Stripe is connected.
